About Tri-County Health Network

We are Tri-County Health Network, a 501(c) nonprofit headquartered in Telluride, CO which promotes public health and public health equity across a seven-county region of Southwestern Colorado. Our programs include but are not limited to behavioral health, public assistance enrollment, and provision of dental care for children through our "Skippy" program. We have additional branch offices in Delta and in Naturita, and are affiliated with many local partners, such as the Telluride Foundation.
